Unforturnately, I can’t find the address of this restaurant online and the calling card I have is in Chinese. We took an hour and a half drive from Guangzhou to Shunde to take the ferry to hong kong and before that we stopped by in a local but sort of touristic restaurant.
It’s been said that Cantonese cuisine originated in Shunde so we were quite excited to try it. It was like dampa that we choose the seafood outside before entering the restaurant then we specify how to cook it. Again, you need a translator otherwise you will not be understood.
My favorite among all was the sea mantis cooked in soy sauce and garlic. I love sea mantis since its quite rare to find it here in Manila.
